Scope of application
Rapid creation of thick passive layer on a pickled alloyed stainless steel surface. Evening out surface appearance.
Application
Read safety instructions before use. Stir Antox 90 E well. Apply by spraying, dipping or using a brush. Treatment time is 15–30 minutes. Then rinse with min. 12 MPa pressure water. Keep rinsing until the pickled surface and rinse water are pH neutral.
Disposal
Since rinse waste water is acidic and contains heavy metals, it must be collected. The collected rinse water must be disposed of ecologically. Either use own waste water treatment plant (consult the plant operator) or engage a specialized company to dispose of it.
Caution
Antox 90 E contains nitric acid. The product label contains instructions to be adhered to. Further information is in a safety data list and is available on demand. Persons must wear a protective suit, gloves and a face mask with acid vapour filters.

1 kg of Antox 90 E can treat an area of 20–25 m².

FIRST AID INSTRUCTIONS:
General instructions: Immediately remove clothing contaminated with the product. Do not remove the respirator mask until contaminated clothing is removed.
If inhaled: Transport the person to a place with fresh air. If the person is unconscious, place them into the recovery position, seek medical help.
In the event of skin contact: Immediately wash the affected area with water and soap and rinse thoroughly. Immediately apply Calcium Gluconate 400 solution or gel.
In the event of eye contact: Rinse out the eye with the eyelid open for several minutes using running water, seek medical help.
If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting, call in a doctor immediately. Drink plenty of water and get fresh air. Call in a doctor immediately.
