Flushing of piping systems and apparatus

This involves chemical cleaning (most often pickling and passivation) of the inner surfaces of pipes, storage tanks and entire technological units. Through this process we provide protection against corrosion. We achieve different purity levels: conventional, oxygen, pharmaceutical and process for different media with specific requirements.

These activities are most often performed for two reasons:

• On newly assembled technological units after completion of assembly work or on elements newly added to existing technology.
• On existing technological units and storage tanks during shutdown.

We carry out all activities ourselves at our workplace, which consists of a diaphragm pump to ensure circulation, storage tanks for products used and IBC containers for rinse water. We connect to the pipeline using our own clamps. The working group has acid-resistant hoses to connect the individual parts of the system if needed. All acidic rinse water and products used are collected, transported and disposed of ecologically in our own neutralization station. All we need from the customer is an electricity and water connection.
