Although we are not certified according to the usual standards (ISO 9001; 14001), this does not change the quality of our work. Our quality management system is set up to meet all necessary audits, if required, while not tying our hands with unnecessary paperwork. Regular internal audits ensure optimal functioning of processes and OHS.
We offer customers the opportunity to create their own audit, exactly according to their needs. This option has already been used by a lot of companies in the nuclear (Škoda JS), power (Alleima), pharmaceutical (HBM Pharma), aerospace (Tůma aerospace), food and railway (Rostex; Bast) industries. The results have always been very encouraging, as evidenced by positive feedback. This is due to, among other things, a tailor-made information system that allows us to monitor the flow of individual orders through the company in real time. It provides us with the necessary information about an order in each step.
We provide our customers with continuous training in the field of surface treatment, which is handled by a team of experienced corrosion engineers and technicians. The team is in daily contact with customers. We also report detailed information about the processes carried out in accordance with CSN EN 10204 – Declaration of Conformity with the Order. This proves that the products stated have been processed in accordance with the order requirements. Some customers also require an Inspection Certificate according to CSN EN 10204. This certificate must state the test results, so it is up to customers to specify what tests are to be carried out on their products. If necessary, you can arrange a consultation with us to discuss details and advise on the best procedures for you.
However, these tests are time-consuming or technically demanding, which means there are fees. Some need to be done externally in an accredited laboratory. The most common tests are the ferroxyl test, the salt chamber test, the abrasion test and the wet cloth or water test.
