Cleaning, pickling and passivation of internal surfaces of pipelines

As part of the implementation of special surface treatments, we offer the following services:

• Degreasing, pickling and passivation for oxygen purity
• Degreasing, pickling and passivation to purity for the pharmaceutical industry
• Surface cleaning for special media

These services usually include cleaning, pickling and passivation of the internal surfaces of pipelines, exchangers and tanks.

We perform these surface treatments on individual components (pipes, fittings, tanks) by immersion in our pickling plant in Brno, as well as on complete piping units at the customer's site or on the installation of circulations using a mobile workplace. We carry out these works on both stainless steel and common carbon steels.
